BEHIND THE CUP: Finca KOA was born with the intention of wanting to do things differently in the coffee industry and in the tradition that we had to learn. Doing things differently is something that represents the DNA of the brand and of all of us who are part of it. In 2017 our own farm was acquired. The name Finca KOA is a tribute to the surnames that have been dedicated to coffee for generations and inherited us that love of coffee that represents us.

Origin: Single state - Direct trade. 
Altitude: between 1,300 and 1,800 meters above sea level. 
Temperature: generally between 30°- 40° F, in the afternoon temperatures rise between 50°- 70° F.

WHY LIGHT-MEDIUM ROAST?: There is nothing better for a coffee of origin like ours than a Light-Medium roasting, because it makes it have a better performance in your cup of coffee, it will highlight its aromas, nuances and flavors in which we work so hard. If your product does not match your expectations, Don't Worry! Reach us at info@fincakoa.com and we'll exchange it or offer a refund as soon as possible based on the payment method policies and refund policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fincakoa.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 700 SW 34th St., Suite 104, Fort Lauderdale FL 33315, United States. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, ask for your exchange code and make a separate purchase for the new item, once you have the new item in your cart paste the exchange code.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fincakoa.com.

You agree to pay the shipping and any handling charges shown on the Site when your order is placed. We reserve the right to increase, decrease and add or eliminate charges from time to time and without prior notice, so you agree to check all charges before placing an order or signing up for a service.

You agree that you will not obtain or direct shipment of product for export. 3rd party shipping is utilized & and we cannot guarantee delivery times or arrival dates.
